Lapuan Kankurit has a long history of collaboration with one of the oldest design organizations in Finland, The Friends of Finnish Handicraft, starting in the 90s. Now, as the company celebrates its 50 years of business, Lapuan Kankurit wanted to refresh this collaboration by re-releasing some of their older designs. First to return in production is the “Juhladamasti” tablecloth.
100% linen is the perfect material for table setting textiles. This tablecloth is both beautiful and practical.
The tablecloth is 100% linen. It is a beautiful and easy-care material. Ecological flax is grown in Normandy, Europa and it is traceable 100% European Masters of Linen long staple linen yarn. All yarns are spun as well as dyed in Europe according to REACH regulations and fulfill the ÖKO-TEX certificate requirements.
Our strategy is to be responsible for the whole production from yarn to readymade products. Main part of our whole production is made in our own weaving mill in Lapua.
